Bank of Communications China is the global partner of Shanghai World Expo 2010. Frontiers Digital outperformed eight contestants in the pitch for BOC World Expo Contactless Credit Card interactive marketing campaign.
We introduce an interactive strategy to integrate Augmented Reality into the printed matter. We will place an AR code in the credit card application form to induce interest of BOC’s target consumers, enables interaction between the bank and the target consumers through a surreal digital experience. The bank will be able to virtually deliver the message “Embrace The Expo” on the palms of the audiences.
The strategy also transforms the credit card application form into a ploy that massively improves the business intent of the target consumers. The on-screen interaction is designed to lead the subsequent conversion.
This campaign is set to launch in 2010.
